Let's set intentions for what we do with our power and energy for 2023 and what better way than if we do it as we enter Capricorn season and Winter Solstice.  Good things take time and sometimes they're built during the darkness, and through structure and discipline. Let's talk about getting in our bag and discipline on all levels. Spiritual, emotional, mental, and physical. Bring your note pad and enthusiasm and let's close 2022 feeling to be the influence we want to be on our own 2023!
